We are running two 5-week Beginners Yoga block course in Term 4:
- Block 1: Wednesdays @ 12 – 1pm, from 18 October
- Block 2: Sundays @ 9.30 – 10.30am, from 5 November
Dana will introduce you to the basic foundations of a yoga practice – a perfect way to get you started on your yoga journey or to deepen your practice.
