Join Dana and Anna (and their little people) for 5 afternoon sessions of Family Yoga. The aim is to explore playfully the benefits of movement and breath – something suitable for all ages and stages.
Yoga for children is said to improve their body awareness, concentration, self confidence, ability to relax and identify their emotions – all while having fun.
We are running this as a 5-week course on Thursdays @ 3.30-4.00pm, starting 16 October 2017.
Costs are: $25 for first child and $20 per additional child (to be paid up front at time of booking). Caregivers join in for free.
