“Dana is a very busy mother of three beautiful  children Raven, Rio and Rumi. She and her husband Todd  moved to New Zealand in 2012 from the United States to raise a family in a  beautiful, magnificent country.
 Amongst Dana’s travels in America, Costa Rica, and Alaska she has always practiced yoga with it becoming a part of her everyday life and dealings with depression. She then realized that this was her passion and  wanted to help other people feel the same way that she was feeling by practicing yoga.
 With a background in Massage Therapy Dana had a good understanding for the anatomy of the body and so with a one year old and pregnant with our second child away she went pursuing her dream as becoming a yoga instructor in 2013 graduating with high honours and a 240 hour certification in hatha yoga.

Pre-natal Yoga – Mondays @ 5.15-6.00pm
Relaxing Beginners Yoga – Mondays @ 6.15-7.15pm
Family Yoga – Thursdays @ 3.30-4.00pm
Beginners Yoga – Sundays @ 9.30-10.30am
