Mother’s Day Yoga

Join Dana on Sunday May 14th at 9:00am and begin your Mother’s Day with a 60 minute gentle flow, where we will move, breathe and celebrate our relationship as mother, as daughter, as the giver.

This class is open to all, we encourage you to bring your mothers and daughters. Or your beautiful self!

We will celebrate, with herbal teas, from Herbal Potential and a yummy raw slice provided byNurtured for Wellness
