For a good cause…

Join us for a 75 minute heart opening ALL levels Restorative Yoga Class taught by Dana & Billie to raise awareness for BREAST CANCER IN NZ.

You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence to encourage rest & relaxation with bolsters, blankets to help & support your practice.

Accompanied by Tenneille with live music.

Followed up with a light snack & herbal teas.

Spaces are limited so booking is required by October 22nd

Free Community Yoga Class

The class will be a gentle and relaxing evening flow – open to all!

If you would like to pay if forward, we will accept any koha/donations and will pass them on to a good cause: The Kindness Institute – a charitable trust that aims to develop, deliver and grow mindfulness & yoga based programs for young people.

Mother’s Day Yoga

Join Dana on Sunday May 14th at 9:00am and begin your Mother’s Day with a 60 minute gentle flow, where we will move, breathe and celebrate our relationship as mother, as daughter, as the giver.

This class is open to all, we encourage you to bring your mothers and daughters. Or your beautiful self!

We will celebrate, with herbal teas, from Herbal Potential and a yummy raw slice provided byNurtured for Wellness

Beginners Meditation Course

The course is offered as a one hour session for five consecutive weeks.

Cost $75.00 for the full five weeks, payable in advance.

Comprehensive handouts and an in-depth book on Meditation are included in the cost.

This course is a wonderful way to help you to be in charge of how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.  It doesn’t matter what age you are or whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced meditator, this course has something for everyone.  It is easy to learn and takes only a few minutes to practise each day.

A busy, restless mind can get in the way of our ability to function efficiently and calmly, cloud our judgment, prevent relaxation, cause forgetfulness, disturbed sleep and compromise our health. Worries or thoughts that feel out of our control can lead to anxiety and depression. Pure Meditation Foundation teaches us to switch off the busyness and refocus. We learn to overcome stress, relax and find peace of mind.

This Pure Meditation Foundation course can help to balance blood pressure, reduce the chance of headaches, help relieve pain and tension and can promote peace and wellbeing.
