Join us for a 75 minute heart opening ALL levels Restorative Yoga Class taught by Dana & Billie to raise awareness for BREAST CANCER IN NZ.
You will be guided through a gentle yoga sequence to encourage rest & relaxation with bolsters, blankets to help & support your practice.
Accompanied by Tenneille with live music.
Followed up with a light snack & herbal teas.

Our Creative Yoga family is growing, and we are happy to welcome Billie Buckthought as our new instructor. Billie will be teaching two classes per week:
- a NEW Energising Yoga class on Tuesdays @ 6.30am; and
- our Relaxing Yoga class on Wednesdays @ 6.30pm (NEW time!).
Here is a little more about Billie:
Billie has recently moved to Katikati after travelling the world with her partner, and is looking forward to becoming part of the wonderful community.
She is originally from Rotorua and has a background in dance, including completing a bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance, and has taught ballet, hip hop, jazz, tap and contemporary. She discovered yoga as a part of a holistic healing programme after struggling with severe migraines as a result of coeliac disease.
Billie quickly became passionate about yoga and travelled to India to complete a 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate through AyurYoga Eco Ashram. She has also gained a 50 hour teaching certificate in Yin Yoga. Billie loves developing classes to suit various ages and experience levels, and can teach many styles from gentle, restorative yoga through to intensive Vinyasa flow classes.
Billie is passionate about holistic health and nutrition, organic gardening and creative pursuits including sewing and crafts.

We are running two 5-week Beginners Yoga block course in Term 4:
- Block 1: Wednesdays @ 12 – 1pm, from 18 October
- Block 2: Sundays @ 9.30 – 10.30am, from 5 November
Dana will introduce you to the basic foundations of a yoga practice – a perfect way to get you started on your yoga journey or to deepen your practice.
Price for 5 classes will be $55. Payment will be required upon registration. We will be in touch with payment details.
